Small Group Classes
For those who want a little more personal attention and focus on their goals or cannot make the times our group classes run.
Prep Course (On Ramp)
This course is 2 x 60 min sessions where you work 1 on 1 or with one of our coaches to give you a base level of understanding of the movements we use in CrossFit, and to how to get the most out of your sessions as well as setting a baseline from which to move forward.
We find athletes who take our beginner’s course are more likely to be successful and feel more confident when they come into the main classes.
