CrossFit Kwetu gym was founded in 2015 by two local health and fitness enthusiasts and CrossFit converts, Nathan Reed and Kiran Jethwa. Everyday our CrossFit trainers strive to get better and offer more to our community - that won't change any time soon!

No matter how you plan to get in shape, you can do it at CrossFit Kwetu. We’ve got a variety of membership packages to fit your lifestyle. We offer support with your nutrition habits as we know this is a part of the jigsaw with which people often struggle the most.

What you put into your body is incredibly important, probably the most important part of the health jigsaw.

We offer a great inclusive atmosphere and complete structure to help support your fitness journey.

The general vibe of the box was very friendly. I have had the opportunity to go to CrossFit affiliates around the world and the experience at Kwetu ranks right up there as one of the best I have experienced.
