CrossFit Kwetu gym was founded in 2015 by two local health and fitness enthusiasts and CrossFit converts, Nathan Reed and Kiran Jethwa. Everyday our CrossFit trainers strive to get better and offer more to our community - that won't change any time soon!

The general vibe of the box was very friendly. I have had the opportunity to go to CrossFit affiliates around the world and the experience at Kwetu ranks right up there as one of the best I have experienced.
